My working bias is simple: most problems get easier when the process is visible. Once you can see the work, you can improve the handoffs, remove the avoidable rework, clarify ownership, and decide where technology actually belongs.
AI belongs in that conversation, but it should earn its place. Used well, it can help people draft, compare, summarize, research, organize, and think through options. Used poorly, it becomes another noisy tool layered on top of a messy process.
AI Lean Solutions is my home for exploring and promoting the practical middle: useful AI adoption, better everyday workflows, and more confidence for people who want technology to help rather than overwhelm them.
